All clients attending appointments including walk ins must complete a disclaimer form before getting tattooed. Provide valid ID. Eat within 2 hours prior to coming in. Children legally are not allowed in the treatment area and cannot be left unattended in reception. For any queries - don't hesitate to get in touch.
